The Reading Memorial High School Drama Club  is excited to announce its production of Roald Dahl’s classic FANTASTIC MR. FOX!

Adapted for the stage by David Wood, this energetic family story follows the misadventures of Mr. Fox (Miles Sopchak), a wiley fox who provides for his family by stealing chickens, ducks and geese from the local farms. Boggis (Katrina Miragianis), Bunce (William O’Connor) and Bean (Kylie Encarnacao)  are the three dimwitted farmers out for revenge against the master poultry thief. Hatching a devilish plan to root him out and make him pay.

All the animals of the woodland are in danger and  must rely on the FANTASTIC fox to save the day, outsmart the farmers, and if they're lucky, celebrate victory with a great big feast!

This show features FANTASTIC performances from some of Reading’s greatest up and coming talent. The show will feature set designs, lighting and sound design, costume and original makeup designs from students artists who have been working hard to create the world of Dahl’s english countryside.  Featuring lively music from Natalie McMaster, this show is a crowd pleaser for the old and young alike. 

 

Bring the whole family to see Fantastic Mr. Fox at the RMHS Performing Arts Center in Reading, MA on April 29th and 30th at 7:30pm and May 1st at 2:00.
